By accessing and using LyteFast ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

LyteFast is a weight tracking and nutrition management application that provides:

Weight forecasting with Auto-Zoom chart
AI-powered food scanning and calorie estimation
Barcode scanning for packaged foods
Carbon footprint (CO₂e) tracking
Gluten status detection
Calorie deficit visualization
Budget-based calorie tracking
Fasting impact analysis

3. Fair Use & Daily Limits

To keep LyteFast fast and affordable for everyone, certain features have daily usage limits per account:

AI Food Scanning: 25 calls per day
Barcode Scanning: 100 calls per day
Text-based Food Analysis: 100 calls per day

These limits may be adjusted to prevent abuse or maintain service quality. If you need higher limits, please contact support.

4. Subscriptions

LyteFast offers the following subscription options:

Weekly: $0.99/week (3-day free trial)
Monthly: $2.99/month
Yearly: $23.99/year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device settings.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate health information
Not misuse or abuse the daily limit system
Not attempt to circumvent security measures
Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes

LyteFast provides estimates and projections for informational purposes only. All features and insights are estimates and do not replace professional medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes.

7. Data Privacy

8. Intellectual Property

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
